Reworking Mount Shasta’s contour lines into spatiotemporal rings (function analogously to tree rings), the project uses spatial reparameterization to redistribute uniform time through a differentiated space, rendering events as topological inscription rather than a historical point. I am interested in the deliberate and accidental reconfigurations and collapsing of space in the digital. In the creation of a hypertext mandering, I have simultaneously built a space for that collapsing to occur - a structure for an aimless digital pinball game, jumping from one space to the next instantaneously. Projects hosted by the studio work across maps and media to produce critical and collaborative geographic work focused on the question of how we represent our worlds. This studio is supervised by Clancy Wilmott.&nbsp; Out of the studio, we host Undergraduate Research Projects (URAP), independent study for graduate students and undergraduates, and community-engaged work.
